Israeli street food corner Specializes in Middle-Eastern cuisine. Falafels and shwarmas are prepared three ways: in pita bread, in a thinner lavash or on a plate. Another local specialty is hummus. Pine nuts, chicken, tomato salad and fried bell peppers, or falafel are added to a traditional appetizer of chickpea puree. The entre is baked with cauliflower and eggplant.
