Pyanse at Galeria Shopping center

Pyanse is a juicy steamed bun stuffed with cabbage and meat with savory spices. Pyanse's unique taste is guaranteed by it's special selection of ingredients. The steamed buns are based on traditional Korean cuisine, but in Russia the fillings are made less spicy than they make them back home. Pyanse is not fried, but rather steamed, giving it a special look and aroma.

In addition to pies, other Korean dishes are also offered: bibimbap, Kimchi-jjigae, kuksu and, of course, Korean salads! Rice-based kvas is also a favorite here.
