Lenten menu inspired by the traditions of Georgian cuisine combines rich flavors, seasonal products and author's approach to serving dishes:

• Vinaigrette of baked vegetables with marinated opiats and roasted potatoes,
• Lenten borscht,
• Pumpkin cream soup with coconut milk,
• Hinkali with mushrooms,
• Hinkali with pumpkin and roasted vegetable sauce,
• Khachapuri Lobiani with spicy beans,
• Khachapuri Chakhrakin with baked beet and walnuts,
• Ojakhuri with oyster mushrooms, porcini mushrooms,
• Cauliflower steak with green gouri ajika,
• Vegetable stew in spicy tomato sauce with white beans.
