Anton Lyalin and Kirill Martynenko, known for their Torro Grill, Magnum Wine Bar and Krevetka Seafood projects, opened the first Boston Seafood & Bar chain restaurant in Moscow in 2013, having changed the perception of seafood restaurants as too expensive and unaffordable.

Now, residents and guests of the northern capital can indulge in eating famous Magadan shrimps, the country’s best crab cakes and signature salmon dishes.

What is the new restaurant going to offer? A Moscow-style warm and cozy interior, inviting and lively environment and an incredible variety of seafood and fish dishes with the wine list emphasizing the gourmet splendor. Having traveled halfway around the world in search of authentic seafood recipes, Kirill Martynenko, the Boston Seafood brand chef, suggests you should start with assorted shrimps on ice, followed by the quattro salmoni appetizer featuring four-way cooked salmon, including house-smoked tender salmon bites with tangy mustard sauce. The first acquaintance can be topped off with, we dare say, the country’s best crab cakes, crisp and golden on the outside, served with melted butter dipping sauce for a most enjoyable experience.

No matter what you choose – sea bass ceviche, pasta with clams or Kamchatka red king crab – you will not destroy your budget: Unprecedentedly low prices for seafood dishes are the key point of the gastronomic revolution from the Lyalin –Martynenko tandem.
