On January 26, Arkady Novikov's Cheese Factory opens on the 4th floor of the Gallery - cozy, bright and hospitable, in the best traditions of the Novikov Group chain of popular restaurants.

Brand chef Alexander Nazarov, who has launched more than 15 famous restaurants around the world, is responsible for the cuisine of the Cheese Factory. The menu includes European dishes in a country style: hearty and with a simple serving. The main specialty of the restaurant is cheeses, but guests are also offered handmade pasta and pizza from an Italian wood-burning oven.

There will be a cheese shop at the entrance to the restaurant where anyone can buy in-house products.
